BISWANATH CHARIALI, Oct 22 - A person named Md. Soibur Rahman of No. 4 Bhujmari in Sootea under Biswanath was apprehended from Panibharal Kumolia Road on Saturday.
He was found to be involved in a rhino poaching case that took place at Kawoimari area under Bagori Range on June 11 last.
Earlier, he was involved in another rhino poaching case in 2016. So far, two poachers were arrested and handed over to Bagori Range officials on August 2018.
