GUWAHATI, April 3 � Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, United Progressive Alliance chairperson Sonia Gandhi and All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary Rahul Gandhi would hold public rallies in different parts of the State for the campaign before the second phase of Assam Assembly elections scheduled on April 11.
While Rahul Gandhi will address three public meetings in places like Chaygaon, Mazbat and Roha on April 4, the UPA chairperson would attend rallies in Dhubri and Guwahati on April 8.
Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will also address public gathering on April 7 in Barpeta and Mangaldoi.
AICC general secretary and election in-charge of Assam Digvijay Singh divulged the poll campaign schedule at a press conference organised in Rajiv Bhawan today.
