GUWAHATI, May 29 � The Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Uttar Pub Prant and the Pashu Palak Cell of BJP, Assam Pradesh has appealed to the Governor of Assam for requisite steps to stop smuggling of cattle heads from Assam to Bangladesh through the India-Bangladesh border in Dhubri.
Both the parties also pointed out that the level of vigilance was very poor against smuggling of cattle heads.
