GUWAHATI, Jan 27 - Socio-cultural organisation Jyotirupa felicitated Prafulla Govinda Baruah, president of the organisation and Editor of The Assam Tribune and Dainik Asam at his residence for being honoured with the Padma Shri.
A team comprising Minati Choudhury, Naren Hazarika, Prasad Das and a few others, offered him a shawl, gamosas and flowers. Acknowledging the felicitation, Baruah urged the members of the organisation to work hard for betterment of the State�s social and cultural spheres.
