MIRZA, March 14 - The Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer of Kamrup, Vinod Seshan has requested all citizens, political parties and contesting candidates to take the advantage of online system �E-Subidha� for securing all kinds of permission and �E-Samadhan� for placing any kind of election-related information, grievances and suggestions during the election process at the LACs of Boko, Chayygaon, Palasbari and Hajo, official sources told this correspondent.
It is noteworthy that �E-Subidha� is an online system of permissions to be secured by candidates from the Returning Officer for organising meetings and rallies, use of vehicles, setting up of temporary election offices, use of loud speakers and use of helicopters and helipads during the election process. To get the advantage of �E-Subidha� one will have to enter URL: http://election.cloudapp.net/assam-subidha.
On the other hand, sources said that �E-Samadhan� is another online public grievance redressal system, which could be utilized by any citizen, political parties and candidates to submit their complaints, suggestion and seek information related to the polls and the voters� list. Any interested person could use this service for the matters related to law and order; model code of conduct; cash, gift or coupon distribution; liquor or drug distribution; posters and hoardings, media advertising, election rally, non deposit of firearms, expenditure of party and candidate; misuse of government vehicles and matters related to polling stations, voter card and voters� list etc. To get the advantage of �E-Samadhan� one will have to enter the URL: http://election.cloudapp.net/assam-samadhan.
