SHILLONG, Aug 29 - Ramakrishna Mission, Shillong today installed new photos of the Holy Mother and Swami Vivekananda in a grand ceremony called �Pata Parivartana� at the temple premises here. The day-long programme began at 5 am with mangalarati, Vedic chanting, followed by Prabhat Pheri (morning procession).
�Some of the photos at the Temple here at Laitumkhrah date back to 1937. So these were changed and some new rare photos of the Holy Mother, Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda were installed,� Swami Achyuteshananda said.
