GUWAHATI, Aug 18 - Education Minister Sarat Barkataky today constituted a four-member committee to probe into the allegations of irregularities in the list of persons selected for appointment of primary school teachers.
An official release said that the committee would be headed by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Education Department, Pritam Saikia. The committee has been asked to check the list thoroughly and submit its report within a week.
