GUWAHATI, Jan 30 - Students and teachers of the College of Veterinary Science today felicitated Dr Kushal Konwar Sarma, head of the surgery and radiology department of the college, who has been honoured with the Padma Shri award this year.
Members of the Assam Agricultural University Teachers� Association, the College of Veterinary Science Students� Union, the Pashu Kalyan Samiti, the Assam Science Society and other organisations took part in the programme held at the college auditorium.
