Othello named for IFFI 2014

NEW DELHI, Oct 18 � The Indian Panorama 2014 announced its final selection of feature and non-feature films to be screened at the 45th International Film Festival of India, IFFI, 2014 to be held in Goa. Othello, directed by Hemanta Kumar Das has been selected from Assam in the feature film category.

In the non-feature film category, Songs of the Blue Hills by Utpal Borpujari has been selected.

The jury for Feature Films headed by filmmaker AK Bir selected 26 films out of a total of 181 eligible entries.

Elizabeth Ekadashi, directed by Paresh Mokashi, has been chosen as the opening film by the Feature Film Jury of Indian Panorama 2014.

The Last Adieu directed by Shabnam Sukhdev, has been chosen as the opening film by the Non-Feature Film Jury of Indian Panorama 2014.
