By Correspondent

BOKAKHAT, May 22 The members of Sanskritik Mahasabha, Asom condoled the demise of Dhuliya Prosen Borah.

In a condolence meeting convened here, all the members of the Mahasabha prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed its heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family.

The Mahasabha also expressed anguish over the unwarranted delay in offering medical assistance by the concerned physician at the moment of crisis. He honed his talent by dint of his hard work and perseverance, besides attending a series of national and international meetings on folk culture held in USSR, Mauritius, New Delhi and Annamalai University etc.

He was honoured with Sanskritik Mahasabhas prestigious Moghai Oja Memorial Award by the former Governor of Meghalaya, Ranjit Sekhar Mushahary.
