GUWAHATI, Aug 1 - The Central Amateur Radio Activity Centre (CARAC) here is organising a virtual meeting to inaugurate the �e-learning classes on Amateur Station Operators Certificate (ASOC) Examination� through Google Meet tomorrow. About 56 members have enrolled their names for the online classes.
CARAC will conduct online classes soon to facilitate the amateur radio or HAM enthusiasts, short wave listeners and students in Assam and the North East. A seniormost HAM operator from the North East will attend the occasion as chief guest and the delegates from Bangladesh, Nepal and neighbouring states will also join the meeting.
Meanwhile, the results of an ASOC examination conducted by the Wireless Monitoring Station (WMS), Dibrugarh at Gauhati University on February 2 were declared yesterday in which all the 34 candidates who had appeared, passed.
