KOKRAJHAR, Aug 14 - Kokrajhar Police last night arrested one Aziyar Rahaman from Singimari village under Fakiragram Police Station in Kokrajhar district for displaying highly objectionable and derogatory contents and links as well as morphed photographs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah on his online social media portals, Kokrajhar SP Rajen Sing informed.
Police also seized one MI Note 5 Mobile handset and two SIM cards from his possession.
A Fakiragram PS case no. 98/2019 U/S 120(B)/153/153(A)/294/506 IPC and R/W Sec. 66 IT Act, 2000, has been registered in this connection.
