GUWAHATI, March 6 - The Crime Branch and the Dispur Police Station arrested two persons with old currencies of denomination 500 and 1000 rupees from Ganeshguri today.
They have been identified as Bisu Kaur and Sahjahan Ahmed.
A team of Crime Branch and Dispur police raided a shop near Ganesh Mandir at 4.30 pm and seized old currency notes worth Rs 56 lakh, police said.
