JORABAT, April 6 - Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for Gauhati seat Queen Oja addressed a public meeting during her election campaign at Sonapur here this afternoon.
Several BJP workers took out a massive bike rally showing support to Oja who was a former Mayor of Guwahati. Dispur constituency MLA Atul Bora and other party leaders also took part in the rally.
Addressing the gathering, Oja said, �By overthrowing the Congress in the Lok Sabha elections, Narendra Modi will once again become the Prime Minister and the people of Dimoria and Guwahati should vote in my favour to make Modi�s dream a reality. I am the daughter of Guwahati and also have a strong connection with the Dimoria region from the past. So, I have confidence in my voters supporting me to win the Gauhati seat with maximum votes.�
She also asked the voters and her party workers to think of themselves as �Queen Oja� as she will extend her support to them in the development of the region and Assam if voted to power.
