MANGALDAI, Sept 27 � 0il India Limited Sports Club, Duliajan emerged champions in the Amba Medhi Football Tournament. In the keenly contested title clash at the Mangaldai Stadium here today, OIL edged out ASEB Sports Club 1-0.
Anticipating a pass from Bijen Musahary, Jyotish Basumatary netted the winning goal in the 60th minute of the match. Darrang ADC Pradip Bhattacharyya and Assam Football Association�s vice president Jatin Bora were present as guests in the closing function. Jyotish Basumatary was adjudged best player of the final.
