MORIGAON, Sept 28 - Oil India FC, Duliajan entered the final of the 46th Motiram Bora Football Tournament.
In the second semifinal of the championship played at the Khirod Baruah Stadium here today, the Duliajan side outplayed Dhupdhara Football Club, Goalpara 6-1.
Tushya Das opened the account for Oil India FC in the 24th minute while Manash Chetia enhanced the margin in the 39th minute. After the breather, the Oil India players continued their domination and added one more goal in the 63rd minute through Basudev Baruah.
However, Ranadeep Boro managed to reduce the margin in the 70th minute. But they were subdued by the speedy Oil attackers after the goal and netted three more goals within a span of four minutes. Mathew Changjon scored the 4th goal in the 75th minute followed by G Basumatary in the 77th minute. The final goal was netted by Tushya Das in the 78th minute.
The final will be played between Sunrise AC, Guwahati and Oil India FC, Duliajan on Friday.
