GUWAHATI, Oct 28 � A befitting reception and felicitation ceremony was organized at the Corporate Office of Oil India Limited (OIL) in New Delhi last evening to honour Subhajit Saha and Mouma Das, employed with OIL, for their sterling performance in the recently concluded Commonwealth Games.
Subhajit won a gold medal in the men�s doubles table tennis and a bronze in the team event. Mouma won a silver in the women�s team event and bronze in the women�s double table tennis event.
Chairman and Managing Director, OIL, NMBorah, while applauding the performance of the two players presented them with a cash award of Rs 3 lakh to Subhajit and Rs 2.50 lakh to Mouma.
The ceremony was attended by all the Directors and employees of the company, stated Manager (PR and Co-ordination) and sports co-ordination Officer of OIL Tridip Duvarah.
