TIHU, Aug 2 - Oil India Limited FC, Duliajan stormed into the final of the 41st Naroram Barman Football Tournament defeating Gorkha Regiment, Shillong by a clear margin of 3 -0 goals in the first semifinal played at the Chamata Stadium today.
William Gangte opened the account in the 42nd minute while Milan Basumatari fired two salvos in the 79th and 88th minute respectively to complete the rout.
Before the semifinal, the players of both the teams were introduced to ADC, Nalbari Udayaditya Gogoi and sports organiser Rabin Choudhuri.
Kolkata outfit Mohammedan Sporting will square off against Assam Regimental Centre, Shillong in the second semifinal tomorrow.
