GUWAHATI, April 25 � Oil India Limited (OIL) became runners-up in the All India Public Sector Football Tournament held at Sambalpur, Orissa.

In the final today, OIL went down to their PSPB arch rivals ONGCL 0-2. Earlier, in the preliminary round matches, OIL defeated Coal India, FCI and RBI but in the opening match they were beaten by Air India.

OIL took part in this championship for the first time.
