GUWAHATI, April 2 - Members of the National Students Union of India (NSUI), Assam unit, staged a demonstration in front of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) headquarters Rajiv Bhawan here today in protest against the leak of the question papers of the CBSE examinations.

The NSUI members alleged that the arrest of an ABVP leader in this connection is a pointer to the involvement of politicians in this incident. They demanded a CBI inquiry into the incident, fearing that some big shots might also be involved.

They also demanded resignation of the CBSE Chairman, a ban on ABVP and the highest or average number to those candidates who are not willing to sit in the re-examinations being held for the leaked papers.
