DIMAPUR, July 19 - The Naga Students� Federation (NSF) would be organising a mass public rally as its first phase of agitation against the declaration of the entire State of Nagaland as Disturbed Area and to demand the repeal of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA).
The NSF in a press release on Saturday informed that the decision to stage the rally was taken during its consultative meet on July 15 last.
The mass rally will be held on July 23 at Kohima Local Ground and then a procession will be taken to the Raj Bhavan to submit a memorandum to the Governor, the release stated.
