GUWAHATI, Sept 25 - Madhuchanda Adhikari, head of Corporate Communications of Numaligarh Refinery Limited, was honoured as �Woman of the Year 2019� in Corporate Communications at the Women of the Year Awards 2019 instituted by Byatikram Group.
The award, consisting of a trophy and a citation, was presented to Adhikari by two illustrious women � celebrated filmmaker Rima Das and versatile actress Himani Shivpuri � at a function recently.
This award has been instituted under their social venture �Respect Womanhood� which endeavours to recognise and honour outstanding women from all over the NE and celebrate their achievements in their respective fields of work, a release said.
