Union Minister Dr Rajkumar Ranjan inaugurates 2nd National Mime Fest in Imphal
Imphal, April 17: Union Minister of External Affairs and Education Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh inaugurated the 2nd National Mime Festival in Imphal in Manipur.
The festival was inaugurated at the picturesque Kanglei Mime Theatre Repertory (KMTR)'s Langthabal complex on the outskirts of Imphal on Saturday.
The four-day festival was organized by KMTR under the sponsorship of the North Eastern Council, Shillong, Ministry of DoNER.
