Sikkim Chief Minister PS Tamang meets his father at STNM hospital (AT Photo)
Gangtok, 24 June: Father of Chief Minister PS Tamang, Kalu Singh Tamang has been admitted in the ICU of government run new STNM Hospital due to illness. This was confirmed by ruling SKM party Spokesperson, Jacob Khaling in a post in social media. However there has been no further specification about the nature of illness.
This morning, Chief Minister PS Tamang visited hospital and met his ailing father. As per Jacob Khaling also the Political Secretary to CM, the health of CM's father is stable.
Further he also informed that a Rapid Antigen Test was conducted which resulted in a negative report while RTPCR test result is due by today evening. Along with his father, the Chief Minister also met other patients and got information about their health and treatment.
