GUWAHATI, Feb 5 - Paralysing the whole government primary education system, the non-cooperation movement of primary teacher under the banner of the Assam State Primary Teachers� Association (ASPTA) completed its second day.
On the other hand, according to the leadership of ASPTA, the state government has not responded yet to the strike.
The ASPTA called the three-day long strike in support of its various demands, stated a press release issued here.
