GUWAHATI, Feb 17 - Noah Kipsang Kemei of Kenya won the men�s 21.1 km marathon race of the 4th edition of Numaligarh Marathon, the flagship sporting event of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) at Numaligarh Township today.
Kemei occupied the top spot by clocking 1:13:20 seconds while Isaac Kipkemoi Ngemui of Kenya secured the second spot by clocking 1:42:25 seconds.
In the women�s 21.1 km, Caren Jebet Maiyo of Kenya clinched the first position while Matuwara Ahmed of Boko, Assam secured the second position.
