BOKAKHAT, Feb 12 � The Bokakhat Nirman Goth routed the Congress from the Bokakhat Town Committee by winning three of the four Wards, as per results declared today.
The winners of the Nirman Goth are Chitra Kardang (Ward No. 1), Sanjib Saikia (Ward No. 3) and Rana Debnath (Ward No. 4). Pingola Chetry won Ward No. 2 for the Congress.
Nirman Goth�s Kardang, Saikia and Debnath defeated their nearest rivals (all BJP candidates) Kalpana Bora, Sanjoy Nath, Madhurya Gogoi, respectively. The nearest rival for Chetry was also a BJP candidate � Tilo Chetry.
