NH blocked over missing girl student

HAILAKANDI, June 10 - Members of various organisations and students today blocked the Assam-Mizoram connecting National Highway 154 demanding immediate rescue of a class IX girl student of Kohinoor Adarsha Vidyapeeth. It may be mentioned here that a student of Rajyeswarpur village is missing from school since June 5. The family members of the student filed a missing complaint on June 5 in Lala Police Station suspecting the hand of one Suraj Nath of the same village and also a teacher of the Vidyapeeth. Members of various student organisations, Chatra Mukti Sangram Samiti, NSUI, Barak Democratic Students� Front and the students of Vidyapeeth blocked the highway.
