GUWAHATI, Nov 19 - Lumding division of NF Railway has got the first rank among all the divisions of Indian Railways in �Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)� during October.
KPIs have been designed to indicate how effectively the divisions are achieving various operational, financial and other organisational objectives.
�In the recently released data on KPIs for October 2019, Lumding division has performed exceptionally well by achieving the topmost position, followed by Sambhalpur division in the second and Ahmedabad division in the third spot. Lumding division achieved 94 per cent in overall total score,� said Subhanan Chanda, chief public relations officer (CPRO) of NFR.
�The punctuality performance of Lumding division during October was 95 per cent. It also achieved 95 per cent in mobility, throughput and capacity utilisation, and 100 per cent in safety-related works. The division achieved 89 per cent in business and financial performance index for the month,� Chanda said.
