GUWAHATI, Oct 28 - Vigilance Awareness Week will be celebrated throughout Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) from October 31 to November 5.
The theme of the week-long event this year is �Public participation in promoting integrity and eradicating corruption�, said an official statement.
As part of the awareness week, various programmes will be held including administering of pledge by all officers and staff at NFR Headquarter and Divisions, interactive sessions with Senior Scale and Junior Administrative Grade officers of all departments, and essay competitions and elocution contests in schools and colleges all over the NFR zone.
Essay competition among the employees, sit and draw cartoon and poster competitions in zonal training schools, inter college debate competitions, essay competitions among students of various schools, and street plays by railway employees will also be held. A vigilance bulletin will also be released on the occasion.
