TEZPUR, Dec 24 - Laya Madduri took over charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Sonitpur district on Thursday. The IAS officer interacted with her office staff, including the ADCs, at a brief function held at the DC�s Conference Hall and solicited their cooperation in all spheres of work.
Meanwhile, the outgoing DC, Lalit Gogoi expressed his gratitude towards his erstwhile staff for extending their help in executing work during his tenure.
