SIVASAGAR, Dec 10 - The new Sivasagar Deputy Commissioner, Bishnu Kamal Bora, ACS, today met media persons at the Sukapha Bhawan here and spelt out his priorities while seeking cooperation from the media.
Laying emphasis on a transparent administration, he said that this would be possible only with the help of media persons.
Bora said he would make sincere efforts to solve the issues plaguing the historic township.
Senior media persons Somesh Deka, Manoj Kumar Borthakur, Inamul Hazarika, MI Bora, Bhaskarjyoti Borgohain, Bhoirov Munda, Hazarika, Rupjyoti Handique and Biswajid Bora drew the DC�s attention to a lot of problems in the district and urged him to solve them on a priority basis. District Development Commissioner Nawab Al Azhar Ali apprised the gathering of the present status of various issues concerning the district. Dipok Bhuyan, ADC, and Syeda Hasnahana, DIPRO, Sivasagar, also attended the meeting.
