GUWAHATI, Feb 28 - New Kamrup Metro Deputy Commissioner Virendra Mittal today said that he will visit the Circle Offices of all five revenue circles of the district once a week. This will be done to provide the general public an opportunity to meet him personally and air their grievances before him.
He also directed officials to keep a tab on the city buses plying on the city to ensure that they halt only at the designated spots and maintain traffic discipline.
Mittal has also directed Additional Deputy Commissioner Pulak Mahanta to make an alternative venue available at the ground floor of the DC�s office where elderly and physically challenged visitors will be able to meet him.
