New Arunachal MLAs take oath

ITANAGAR, Dec 26 - The newly elected BJP MLAs of Arunachal Pradesh - Biyuram Wahge and Kardo Nyigyor on Tuesday took oath as members of the State Legislative Assembly.

They were administered the oath of office by Assembly Speaker Tenzing Norbu Thongdok in the Legislative Assembly in presence of Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, Deputy Speaker Tumke Bagra, State BJP President Tapir Gao and others.

Wahge and Nyigyor were elected to the State Assembly in the recently held by-election from Pakke-Kessang�and Likabali Assembly Constituencies.

Later, the Speaker presented laptops to the newly sworn-in MLAs. Also, present on the occasion were Parliamentary Secretaries Gojen Gadi, Tapak Taku, Nyamar Karbak , Karya Bagang and Assembly Secretary Madan Lasa.
