TURA, Oct 31 - North East Student�s Organisation (NESO) has appealed for the safe release of the kidnapped BDO of Chokpot, Jude Rangku T Sangma.
The NESO, in a statement on Friday, condemned the abduction. �We appeal for his unconditional release so that officers like him will not be disheartened in working for the poor and downtrodden�, said the release.
�We also appeal to his abductors to lay down arms so that our region can see development�, the release added.
