GUWAHATI, June 29 - The All-India Anglo-Indian Association�s Assam & North-East branch has deeply condoled the sudden passing away of Neil O�Brien, the president-in-chief of the All-India Anglo-Indian Association and the doyen of Indian quizzing on June 24 last. This was stated in a press release.

In an urgent meeting held on June 26 here, it was observed that in the sad demise of Neil O� Brien, the country in general and the Anglo-Indian community in particular, has suffered an irreparable loss.

The meeting conveyed its heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family members, including his wife and three sons � Derek, Barry and Andy � who have all carved out a niche for themselves in their own right and prayed to the Almighty to grant eternal repose to the departed soul.
