SHILLONG, April 1 - The North East India Council for Social Science Research (NEICSSR), Shillong will organise a three-day international seminar on community and cultural multiplicity in North East India and South Asia: Ethnography, history and society on May 20, 21 and 22.
The seminar was originally proposed to be held from April 11, but was deferred due to the announcement of Lok Sabha polls, a press release said.
