SHILLONG, April 2 � Satyabrata Borgohain, Director (Personnel) NEEPCO has been elected to the Executive Board of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE). He is the first member representing a Public Sector Enterprise from the NE, NEEPCO said in a Press release.
Along with Borgohain, another 18 leaders from leading Public Sectors Enterprises of the country were elected to the Board for the period 2015-17. SCOPE is an apex professional organisation representing the Central Public Enterprises, State Enterprises, Banks, etc., as its members. SCOPE�s objective is to promote excellence in organisations where public investment is involved, in order to enable them to be globally competitive.
