GUWAHATI, Nov 19 - NEEPCO contributed Rs 7 lakh to �Swabalambi�, a Society for Rehabilitation and Training for Persons with Multiple Disabilities, for setting up a deep tubewell at its Sonapur premises. This was stated in a press release.
The tubewell was dedicated to the centre by Utpal Moral, Director (Technical) NEEPCO on Tuesday in presence of Brig PK Jaiswal, Executive Director (Security) & other senior officials of NEEPCO and Sushmita Majumdar, Director of Swabalambi.
Moral lauded Swabalambi for doing a great job in providing rehabilitation to the multiple disable persons and providing training for their livelihood development.
Majumdar expressed gratitude to NEEPCO for the assistance, the release added.
