SHILLONG, March 16 � Manipur, Tripura and Sikkim are likely to get their respective State guest houses here to accommodate their officials and guests attending important regional official meetings, officials said.
The North Eastern Council (NEC) under the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region has in principle endorsed funding for construction of these guest houses, they said.
The NEC which met here recently have already given a nod to the proposal during the 63rd plenary of the Council, they added.
States of Nagaland, Mizoram, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh already have their State guest houses in
