SHILLONG, June 22 - A two-day conference of State police chiefs and heads of Central Paramilitary Organisations of north-eastern States would be held here from Thursday.
This 23rd conference is being held under the aegis of the Intelligence Bureau at the Director General of Police headquarters.
Chief Minister Mukul Sangma would inaugurate the conference together with Home Minster Roshan Warjri. This conference is being held on a regular basis since 1982. The first such conference was held here in 1982.
