DOOMDOOMA, Aug 24 - A special programme titled Nava-Arunodoy was held at Arunachal University of Studies (AUS) at Namsai recently. Arunachal Deputy Chief Minister Dr Chowna Mein attended the programme as chief guest.
In July this year, a delegation of AUS and Mahabodhi College, Namsai attended the 13th International Conference on Thai Studies (ICTS 13) in Chiang Mai University in Thailand.
Later, an MoU was signed between AUS and Chiang Mai University for exchange of faculties and students which would benefit both the countries in terms of technical expertise, cultural heritage and tourism.
The AUS had organised the special programme in which the members of the delegation who presented papers in the ICTS 13 Conference shared their personal experiences and presented the future plans of action to be implemented in Namsai district.
