National Teacher�s Award for Golaplata Goswami

GORESWAR, Sept 4 - Golaplata Goswami, Headmistress of Sarufulchaki LP School under Goreswar Education Block in Baksa district has been selected for the National Teacher�s Award. President Ramnath Kovind will present the award at New Delhi on the occasion of Teacher�s Day tomorrow.

Golaplata Goswami, who started her career as a teacher at Sonarishal LP School in Kamrup district and she later joined as a teacher at Sarufulchaki Lower Primary School in 1986. She took charge as headmistress there in 1996. She also got Baksa district Teacher�s Award in 2007 and also the State Teacher�s Award in 2009.
