ITANAGAR, Nov 15 - Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (retd) Dr BD Mishra and Chief Minister Pema Khandu have greeted the media fraternity on the eve of the National Press Day.
Asserting that �media is the nerve of the society that plays a vital role in dissemination of information to the masses�, the Governor, in his message, expressed hope that the occasion will inspire all of them to �maintain highest standards of professionalism and constructive journalism�.
Acknowledging the hardship and risks involved in conduct of the profession world over, especially in a remote state like Arunachal Pradesh, CM Khandu also hailed the state media fraternity for going about their duty professionally without fear or favour. � Correspondent
