GUWAHATI, Jan 5 � Bharat Kalita, a dairy farmer-cum-president of the Kamdhenu Dugdha Utpadak Samabai Samiti of Nityananda of Bajali subdivision under Barpeta district received the �National Dairy Farmer Award� from Sharad Pawar, Agriculture Minister recently at New Delhi.
Asifa Begum, a student of Gauhati University, has passed MA in Linguistics in 2011 securing 1st class 1st position.
