GUWAHATI, Aug 25 - A six member team will represent Assam in the National U-7 Chess Championship 2015 at Chennai from August 17 to 25. The team members are Vivek Rajkumar, Mrinmoy Rajkhowa, Priyangshu Goswami, Abhinavan Sarma, Baibhavi Baruah and Afsheen Afsha Zaman.
Another 5 member team will represent Assam In the National Challenger Chess Championship 2015 at Nagpur from August 17 to 27. The team members are Madhab Sarma, Bibyendu Das, Manoj Das, Rahul Soram Singh and Debashish Dutta. All Assam Chess Association (Adhoc Committee) wishes both the team success in the tournaments.
