NAMRUP, March 31 - The AJYCP Namrup Regional Committee staged a protest in front of the main gate of BVFCL here yesterday under the leadership of Dhruva Gogoi, president and Sanjib Gogoi, GS respectively in support of the following demands: a) Early settlement of BVFCL�s Namrup 4th plant issue and allocation of required NG for the said plant b) Filling up the vacant posts in 3rd and 4th grades c) To remove the retainers system d) To recruit the workers who have been working temporarily in the 3rd grade vacant posts based on experience and competency by offering opportunity to appear in the interview e) Restructure of payments paid to the temporary workers.
The AJYCP also submitted a memorandum to BVFCL authority.
