NALBARI, April 11 - A woman and her 26-year-old daughter were quarantined by the Nalbari district administration on Saturday. The woman had come in contact with the COVID-19 positive patient from Tripura.
The woman hails from Khudra Kotra village. She was working at the Guwahati-based hotel where the Tripura�s COVID-19 positive patient stayed for a couple of days.
The woman and her daughter have been sent to Sarusajai quarantine camp.
Meanwhile, the Nalbari district administration on Saturday sent 24 more persons to the Sarusajai quarantine centre. The 24 persons reportedly came in contact with Northeast�s first COVID-19 victim at Athgaon Kabarastan.
