JORABAT, Jan 30 - Union Minister for Minority Affairs Dr Najma Heptulla today alleged that Assam has not developed in the last 15 years of Congress rule and the development that Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi is boasting about is totally fake and this proved to be true during her three-day visit to the State itself.
Heptulla was here to inaugurate skill development centres in six senior madrassas of Assam under the Maulana Azad National Academy for Skills at 9th Mile.
