BISWANATH CHARIALI, Aug 24 - Nahid Afrin, a student of Little Star High School here, has brought glory to the State by reaching the Top Five in the ongoing reality show Indian Idol Junior telecast by Sony TV on Sunday night.
Elder daughter of Fatema Ansari and Anowar Ansari of Biswanath Chariali, she is learning classical music under Bhatkhande Kala Kendra here and has been able to draw the attention of the judges in the reality show and even Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Sonakshi Sinha and Katrina Kaif. Assam�s �heartthrob� Zubeen Garg has also blessed her to succeed.
